The Ultimate Retreat
The boys’ basement has been thoughtfully curated for this sports-loving family. A golf simulator, billiards and ping pong tables, a large theater, a full-sized custom bar, TVs everywhere so you never miss a play, and a luxurious lounge come together with rich, masculine tones of green, black, and ivory, creating a space that’s as functional as it is striking.

Basement before. We had our work cut out for us.

Basement living design board. The palette—hunter, olive, teal, black, and ivory with pewter and black metals—these hues create layered, masculine warmth.

At the heart of the basement is the living area—a hub for entertainment and relaxation. Three TVs line the room for the ultimate game-watching experience, while a bench behind the sectional couch lets friends take turns at the golf simulator just steps away.

A sweeping bar anchors the space, with molten silver light fixtures casting a metallic glow over the green stone slab.

A fully integrated golf simulator brings the outdoors in, allowing play and practice year-round, just steps from the main living area.

TVs are everywhere so game day is always a thrill.

Curved cabinets are fully functional. Spirits are grouped by type.

Kristi custom designed the bar with inset LED lighting that provides both drama and function. The palette—hunter, olive, teal, black, and ivory—creates a layered, masculine warmth.

The diagonal striped tile front in olive, burgundy, and white gives the bar a modern edge.

With no access to the builder's architect, our team jumped in and created CADs for the basement to ensure every detail would fall into place.

Beyond the main entertainment areas, the basement surprises with a private massage room, sauna, and spa bathroom—transforming leisure into luxury.

In the spa room, the sauna is installed, and soon the luxury massage table will arrive.

The theater Is painted and ready for install. Coming soon!

One of the basement bathrooms features a custom designed all-stone vanity. Notice how the mirror is inset and flush with the tile and we planned it perfectly so all the circle tiles on the perimeter of the mirror would be whole.

FYI: That stool weighs 10,000 pounds so it's never leaving that spot. ; )

We love the white faucet turned profile.
