Scarlet Reagan Gallery + events has over 1,500 sq. ft. of fully furnished & customizable private event space for up to 100 guests!

Our catering kitchen, 2 restrooms and storage / prep room can accomodate birthday parties, wedding receptions, baby showers, bridal showers or just a place to meet for corporate events!




  • exclusive use of our fully furnished 1,500 sf facility, which includes 2 restrooms, a bar/catering area and a storage/prep room

  • rates are based on day and time of event - prices range from $100-$250/hour. request an instant quote above

  • use of kitchenette/bar including ice machine, sink, dishwasher 

  • use of catering prep/storage area including commercial refrigerator and wine fridge

  • use of the Sonos sound system

  • use and arrangement of all furniture, decor and art as seen on display in gallery
    (art subject to change without notification) 

  • use of parking lot adjacent to gallery (large parties may require valet)

  • you are free to use your vendors and/or bring your own food/beverages. we are also happy to provide a list of our favorite vendors as well if you need help

  • need something special? we can accommodate you! just let us know in advance and we can set up a projector screen, procure a mic, etc


  • Planning overwhelming? We can provide a planning session prior to event, vendor management, pickups/deliveries, etc

  • Need an extra hand? We can provide staff to help with additional event set up, event management (such as management of flow of event so as to keep on schedule, keeping bathrooms/event area clean during event)

  • Don’t feel like cleaning? Add on event tear down and cleanup services

  • Need supplies? We can rent or sell you cups, props, signage, etc

IF YOU NEED AN Event Planner:

Responsibilities and pricing based on the detail of your needs. Basic responsibilities include the following:

  • complimentary consultation with potential client

  • proposal of work for review and agreement

  • research and present proposals and quotes to client for various event caterers/bartenders/vendors/entertainers/speakers, etc..

  • work with the event caterer/beverage provider to make decisions with client on the food and beverage menus

  • manage all communication with event vendors to set up and coordinate schedules and services

  • create venue floor plan for event set up

  • day of coordinating(see day of coordinator responsibilities above)
